the restaurant is tom’s diner. and the lady is suzanne vega. so i am guessing the third guy must be Luka

The picture is that of Tom’s Diner in NY (seen in Seinfeld), I think that is Suzanne Vega, and the guy must be the researcher who tweaked the mp3 algorithm after hearing her singing Tom’s Diner.
