Will Mia perform at the Oscars?

The British born rapper MIA is widely expected to perform her songs from Slumdog Millionaire, at the Oscars ceremony on coming Sunday. Earlier this month she had given birth to a baby boy shortly after her performance at the Grammy’s. Even though speculations are ripe, nothing is known for sure. The organizers are so keen on having her performance, that they have even gone to the extent of offering her a bed on the stage! Meanwhile Peter Gabriel, reportedly declined to perform his Oscar-nominated song “Down to Earth” from “Wall-E” owing to some difference of opinions with telecast producers.
